Made an appt for service @ 12:00. Dropped pickup off at 10:00 no call back. So I call at 1:15 ask Evan if it's done yet. He said it's being done right now and will be done in 5 minutes. I wait till 1:45 no call so I drive up there. They are just driving it on the rack as I walk in. I told him I don't have time now so back it off and I'll just go home. Service Evan books face lying to me. A 1 star for Anderson Toyota. Service at the Anderson Ram dealership always gets a 5 Star
This is what there service shop did to my truck for a simple recall. They didn't want to help me at all. The recall reprogramed the computer the timing was changed and compression broke the head and bolts now its spraying diesel all over. I had an independent shop to make sure and they confirmed. Never buy anything from Anderson any brand. They're refusing to help me. Check out the video
Parts are reasonable here. I've seen dealerships that mark up parts by 30-40%. This place has them at or very close to list prices.
I had an oil change service done here. They got me in fairly quick. The service advisor was very professional. I also liked that they text you throughout the process to keep you informed on status of you vehicle. Will definitely use them in the future.
