Trevor took a pragmatic approach to diagnosing our heat pump issue. We ultimately ended up replacing the full unit but he outlined things we could test prior. Very transparent in terms of pricing and pros/cons of trying different things. Would use his services again in a heartbeat!

Trevor did an amazing job installing our mini-split. I knew there was a possibility of needing dry-wall repair based on where I wanted him to install the ceiling unit, but he found a way to do it without needing it. He was clean, thorough, thoughtful and professional the whole time! Thanks for a great install!
Trevor replaced a mini-split unit for which we couldn't get parts for months with a superior Mitsubishi model that competitors said wasn't available. He was prompt and efficient in installing the unit. We will likely have him do our a/c maintenance in future, based on this experience.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this company. We have our current ac serviced along with having a mini spilt added to our basement. Mr. Trevor was timely, professional and did an outstanding job. He also is super considerate when cleaning up and making things look very neat!!
