They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
