I contacted owner Mike about performing a front door concrete sill repair, as the sill had settled backwards and down and the storm door dragged and tore off the bottom seal strip on the front of the sill when opening. After identifying the most cost effective method to repair the problem since the sill is 4" thick and 6 1/2' long, he determined grinding down the front edge and tapering the entire sill forward would provide the resolve needed. Ancient Construction's work is definitely top-notch. He was efficient, prompt and professional. I could not let him get away without asking questions about other jobs as well. Consequently I will be asking him to complete one more job for me as soon as possible. I have also given his number to a friend. He came ready to work. I am used to seeing; a clipboard for writing down costs and given another date which they usually don't stick to and then charging 3-4 times more than the job was worth. Today was a good day!!!
