RecommendedWow! I did a nutrition consult with dr Smith-Collins and got so much more than I expected. I’m a healthy eater but we are making some adjustments. After 50 stuff just changes and it gets harder to maintain no matter how active you are. Dr Smith-Collins is very knowledgeable and guides you in a positive way. She walks the talk too! Great attitude and awesome resource! Do this for yourself!
