Patient and kind with my child. Always greets him first and makes him feel special.
My child has a rare and complex genetic condition that impacts every part of their body. Dr. Easte has been so wonderful at figuring out how to adapt her exam, cleaning, and every part of treatment to make sure my kid is safe, respected, and comfortable!!!
The dentist asked what she can do for us to make it enjoyable. Told us our options, and gave us feedback on what was the best option. IF it doesn't go well with my child, we have other options we can choose. Very professional. Love the video for children on the ceiling and the prize machine. Would recommend!
Thank you guys for the great service you all provide! They have such an amazing staff who are always so good to my children! There are plenty of dentist offices on my side of town but because of their kindness, cleanliness and great work, it’s worth the drive. Thank you guys again!
I was amazed at how they calmed my son (the morning of my son’s visit he cried because he was scared of his first dentist visit). They talk to kids on the kid’s level and make them feel at ease. They also take the time to help me understand any issues that are going on and go over all solutions (not pushy or making assumptions of my feelings with next steps). They’re also professional and send automated reminders as the appointment approaches. Thanks Anchorage Pediatric Dentistry!
Office was a few minutes behind but extremely friendly and the hygienist was very patient w Chloe getting x rays.
It was the first time taking my 3 year old to the dentist so I was nervous. They made him so comfortable he stayed still long enough for them to clean his teeth and everything. Staff was extremely knowledgeable when I had questions. Great dentistry for new patients, we will definitely be going back.
