My 6yo daughter was seen here after not having been seen for a couple years. I was scared that i was going to get read the riot act for having dropped the ball, but they didn't. They made the experience amazing for both of us. The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything as far as proceeding with her dental care. My daughter felt so safe and happy at Anchorage pediatric dentistry! Everyone was so kind and made us feel at home. I’m so glad I found people I can trust to care for my kiddo! My daughter left so happy and told everyone how much she loves her clean teeth.
Would definitely go back. The employees were all super nice and very informative for any questions I needed answered. My kids enjoyed every minute of their visit they were scared at first and before we even walked out they were saying they couldn’t wait to get back to the dentist. My daughters loved picking their flavors and they gift at the end of our visit. The timing worked great they were seen at 8 am and weren’t even late to school out before 9 am. Just moved to Anchorage and went to here for the first time today. By far our best experience at the dentist, for the kids as well as us parents. All 4 of my kids were happy at the end, which is HUGE. Very well trained, kind, and efficient doctor and staff. So happy we found them!
We have a good experience checking in the receptionist was nice and accommodating we saw doctor Chelsea who was really kind and gentle with both my kids unfortunately one of the hygienist we saw was not patient when trying to get X-rays of my child teeth she was quick to get frustrated with him, she dropped the toothbrush she was going to use and decided it was a great idea to use a dental instrument to open the drawer to get a new one she was not very child friendly either.
