They are so friendly! I am not a big fan of the dentist. I have been no trying to find one I liked since the dentist I have had forever doesn't take my new insurance. I had met Dr. Robertson at Mint dental. I was not a huge fan of Mint. I loved Dr. Robertson though. I called to make an appointment at Midtown. I found out that she works there now. I was needing teeth pulled. I did a walk in on Saturday, and they weren't able to do sedation so I had to wait. I got them pulled yesterday. I was so nervous!!!! The day of everyone... read more
RecommendedI am normally very anxious about seeing the dentist, however after my first visit I was so impressed with my experience that I now feel at ease when I go in! The staff is wonderful, friendly and informative. Their office is clean, private, relaxing and they have paperless forms! I would recommend them to anyone!
Due to an act of god and being snowed in, I was forced to reschedule an appointment. I was told that I would have to pay a $350.00 fee in order to get another appointment. I thought this place had compassion at my first appointment but I see now that the all mighty dollar speaks louder than God to them. People should not be charged for Acts of God! I read through the contract completely, followed all of the patients responsibilities and no where does it say that I will be charged for an act of god.

Caution: Be sure to get clarification when making appointments with these folks. Do not assume when you schedule your yearly visit that you will have an exam AND teeth cleaning in the same visit.
I have had several dentists in my life and this is the best dentist and crew that I have had EVER!! Dr. Vivian is the best along with her supporting crew. All of the people that work there are very professional and helpful in every way.
Dr. Jessica Burk is amazing! She's understanding, professional and isn't judgmental. I hope her, her family and business continuing success!
New to Alaska and am thrilled I found this place! Great staff who are honest and don’t try to talk you into unnecessary procedures. This will be the only place I use now.
