Doctor Vesga and Ishaa were fantastic. I had a procedure today at the Riverview location. The only thing I would say about the facility is it was freezing cold at 8:00 a.m. as it was 39° today. I would recommend a heat lamp in the procedure room for the patients.
The front office staff and the nurse in the back was very helpful and kind, treating me with respect. Dr. V was very patient and caring. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns.
After almost 5 years of being in a car accident the group decides that they were going to bill. They were given personal insurance documents and still decided not to bill. After, not receiving mail from them nor a call from the practice they decide that they would send us to a bill collector. Please do not use this place after an accident otherwise expect a bill from them almost 5 years later.
