Anchor promptly collected outstanding rent/damage and efficiently updated condo unit after renter left and prepared for listing. Ivan and Megan were very helpful to sort this out.
Words can't explain how horrible this company is not to mention there lack of being completely unprofessional. I have been dealing with them for almost 5 years they don't do any repairs and there hand is always out for money. Most of the good reviews are from people who use to work for them. Unless you want to get ripped off don't wast your time with this company. Dis company would not give me a fair chance and basically told me I had bad credit which is not true.I have no established credit.I have no evictions and was treated as if I was discriminated against.
Anchor Realty is hands down the most negligent and unresponsive property management company I have ever had to deal with. Their idea of “management” is collecting rent and then disappearing from the face of the earth. They do not answer emails, they do not return calls, and they do not address tenant complaints.
