Anchor property management is the shadiest company I know. I have lived in multiple apartment and condo buildings and have never experienced the outrageous expenses Anchor manages to come up with. Literally every year they come up with some type of emergency that needs to be fixed and just expect thousands of dollars to land at their feet immediately. Horrible management company. Our small condo association/ units have had this company for years. They never answer calls for issues with condos. Horrible at sub contracts and actually following through with getting the best bids for work. They are basically turning our condo community into a slum through their neglect as a management company.
