Terrible. Absolute dumpster fire. I've lived across the street at 1055 W 27th for 17 years & the employees do absolutely nothing to care for or control their residents. Residents constantly pestering other people living in the neighborhood & begging in the middle of the road at the intersection of Northern Lights & Spenard. I called anchor house many times this morning and I got no answer. I decided to show up in person and see what it takes to become a patient there and the guy that works there got all in my face and upset.
