RecommendedI highly recommend this place. It was restaurant week when we dined here so there was limited offerings but every single item we ordered was delicious. We had oysters, mac n cheese, Clam Chowder, Raspberry Prosciutto salad, Chipotle Ceviche, Seared Tuna, pan search Branzino, Flat iron staek, and puff balls with vanilla food bean ice cream. The came out fast. The only reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is they messed up our check and one of our ordered was forgotten.

Phenomenal, fresh, unique and delicious food. Love all the amazing things they do with oysters. Uni pasta, hamachi ceviche, branzino also very good. Shared plates, tapa style encouraged. Mission Viejo has so few quality non chain restaurants and needs a restaurant like this. I hope Anchor Hitch is here to stay.
