Edited due do false claim in owners response. Stay away from this company. They claim to take this seriously but only in defending themselves and not addressing customer dissatisfaction and making it right. There was not a mention of an opening. If your response to me is true then you have technicians lying about two levels of service you offer? Why would I make this up??
