One year ago we paid to have our 5 year old dog put down after being told he had a tumor and was terminal. Thankfully, today he is a happy, healthy 6 year old pitty! We got a second opinion and learned that he had Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia that was curable and what we were told was a cancerous tumor was actually a normal, healthy spleen. We take our puppy here and love it, but even better the staff was gracious enough to allow our Daisy Troop in for a tour!
By daughters dog got suddenly ill and they got me in asap and were very compassionate and caring. Had to bring her back hours later and we had to put her down. They were awesome about how things were being said with my daughter there and took her young age into account. They did everything they could and helped my family out in ways I never would have thought. I couldn't be happier with the service even after the grief we have felt today. Love this place. The Dr. and his staff are very kind. I've been taking all my pets for over 2 yrs now.
Why you would go anywhere else is beyond me. Dr. Smaller and his staff are the most amazingly helpful and compassionate people I've ever met. They routinely go out of their way to ensure the health of your pet. I've never waited more than just a few minutes to be seen and/or have my pet treated. They listen to your concerns and address situations with absolute, heartfelt care. I love this place.

Thank you Ms.. Hankins we have wonderful clients such as urself, so that make it easy, we consider all our clients family so you have to take care of family. Doc doesn't believe in wAsting people time, so I know for some he can be little fAst, but he believes you should not have to wait for hours at your Vet office, he's been doing this a long time so he usually knows what's going soon as he goes in. A Great Big Thank you for the Emergency service, Tuesday a cat was hit by a car right in front of me &I rushed her in & they took her in , & immediately took x-rays & saved her Life ! I'm forever Grateful for the Love & Compassion the Vet &Techs gave her , now we need to find her a furever home ! She is a sweet 10 month old All black kitty with big Gold eye's, it's a Miracle she made it � Thanks to the Mercy of the Anchor Bay Vet & staff � Thank you sooo Much for Helping, sincerely , Leeann Cope
