Anchor Auto Glass left a business card lodged in the window of my car in the parking lot of my workplace. I don't appreciate it at all. It was raining and muggy and the card faded and became soggy, which was a pain to remove. My philosophy is simple: don't touch my car. With that said, the owners and staff need to be more confident in their marketing ability and leave it to paid media. Parking lot hustling is vandalism.

DO NOT GO TO ANCHOR INSPECTION ON HWY 16 IN DENHAM SPRINGS. REJECTED MY INSPECTION BECAUSE I FORGOT MY INSURANCE CARD. RETURNED 5 TIMES DURING THE POSTED BUSINESS HOURS ONLY TO FIND THEY WERE CLOSED. I FINALLY CAUGHT THEM OPEN TODAY AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR REINSPECTION BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS SINCE INSPECTION. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AN AHOLE. I TOLD HIM THEY HAD VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T CARE, THEY HAVE PLENTY OF CUSTOMERS.
Went there yesterday. Got a 6 inch crack filled in, and it looks great. Awesome work with quick service.
Only place I bring my car to for State Inspection Sticker...yes, I will drive from Baton Rouge because the staff are always friendly and there's a nice waiting area. RECOMMENDED!!
