I've now had several tint jobs and windshield replacements from Anchor and continue to be amazed at the customer service and quality of work! It seems to be a rare occasion these days that a business actually cares about the customer rather than just the bottom line but the awesome people at Anchor went above and beyond to make sure that I walked away completely satisfied!
We have been going to Anchor Glass for years and it has always been a positive experience! They are courteous and do a great job. My daughter took her car there to have the windows tinted and was extremely satisfied with the quality of work. I recommend Anchor Glass to all of my friends when they need to have their windshields or windows replaced or tinted. The entire crew from the owner to the staff are always so friendly and helpful!!
Do not use this company! They came to replace the windshield of my car and ended up breaking the windshield trim on the drivers side. Since my car is no longer being manufactured the tech said they would have to find a used part to replace it. The part they fixed it with has some sort of discoloration all across the bottom and looks awful. And I am just supposed to accept this and be happy about it? The tech assured me I wouldn't have to pay for it. Are you kidding me?? My car was in great condition and now I have one side o... read more

Windshield chips. Had my windshield replaced, everything and price was good but within three months of having it replaced I got two rock chips on it which is why I replaced it in the first place so I'm back where I freakin' started. I'm sure I'll have to pay to have those filled and another windshield because you won't. I guess you get what you pay for in freakin' windshields too. Never telling anyone to go here.
Rhett came out yesterday for a chip repair...what an amazingly knowledgeable and personable employee! The repair was quick, professional and most excellent! Thanks, Rhett and Anchor Glass for a great experience...don't find their level of customer service much anymore, so thanks!!
