From the time I called to schedule an appointment for repair following an accident to the moment I picked up my car, the customer service was exceptional. I got regular updates by text and phone call to updatee on the status on my repair, everyone I dealr with was professional and courteous, and my car looked like new when I picked it up (it was even cleaned and vaccuumed on the inside!).
