Our family just came for the first time. We moved here from NC less than a year ago and have not ventured out to try new locally owned spots,as our family loves to support, well let me just say l was more than blown away walking in and just seeing the menu and it stated Navy Veteran Owned! That in itself was awesome then to find out the owner was a Navy seal DOUBLE AMAZING!! Loved the fish sandwich and cole slaw. The staff is very attentive.
The food was delicious, there was an excellent variety of dishes to choose from, & the service was great. However, I’m handicapped & found that the bathrooms were totally not accessible to me. The hallway was almost too narrow to get my scooter through & I ended up having to get a family member to help me into the tiny bathroom. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
I ordered a Benedict with a side of sausage links to be delivered through postmates. The eggs were extremely over cooked, and the sausage links were so dried out it was like they were under a heat lamp all day. When I called to inform them, I was told I would have had a better experience if I dined in the restaurant. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for so long that I gave up on waiting. I’m so sad, because I had heard such great things about this restaurant.
