I love the setting & food. However, on my 3rd visit here in a week, I'm told I have a 20 minute wait for a seat. Yet there is an open booth? The server's friends walk in 10 minutes after me and are seated in the booth while I and my daughter stand waiting! If this wasn't my daughter's first time here (she's been waiting eagerly for this visit), I would walk out!

We discussed the situation with hostess, and the booth sat was a reservation made prior that morning. Also, I apologize for the hostess's miscommunication, it's against our policy for them to relay any specific time frame to customers for table waits, because the times could change. Horrible service. Took us ten minutes to get waters. Then the waitress said she would be right back with a notepad. Five minutes later after watching all the waitresses standing around talking we walked out.
Love the Lobster Bisque Fruit cup was fabulous Huge meals
