I have nothing but good things to say about ancestral home health care. They treat my dad like family and are nothing but nice to him. Excellent agency Highly recommended. Been using this agency for about 4 years now
This "Healthcare Agency" lacks the Care in a neglectful manner. They make a habit of deceiving their patients and their families, by telling them that they will send a fully accreditted and responsible caregiver when in actuallity they send the exact opposite person. When confronted they have the odassity to blame their employes, the ones they suppositly interview (Lie), background check (Lie), review credentials (Lie), and ensure their honesty and whether they are trustworthy (which of course is another LIE!).
