Loving It! I just rented a nice 1br condo in Capitol Hill in Seattle from ANBAU PM. We were moving from Nebraska and Andre was very kind in giving us all details and scheduling a showing on a weekend evening. He was very helpful. I asked to look one more time just to be sure it was the right place for, and Andre us was great about it. After move in we asked to change a vent filter and fix a rubber ring on a faucet, and we had maintenance done the next day. The staff was very nice to deal with. Good My experience with ANBAU has been pretty good so far. When I decided to rent my home, it took them about 2 weeks to find a good tenant, also before that they found plumbing and repair contractors to remodel the kitchen, paint the walls, and do some plumbing work â very fast and inexpensive. Now the tenant is happy, rent is collected on time, reports come on schedule. The property manager is knowledgeable and is easy to contact either through phone or email.
Perfect Our family was moving to Seattle from Canada and looked for a company to help us find a rental. My wife searched on google and we called three companies. We got a much warmer and more personized response from Anbau: they asked about our family size, current rental, and gave a very detailed and valuable description about neiborhoods and the cities. As a result, we have changed our mind about prefered rentals which we found online. We have chosen a different house in Redmond. I couldn't have been happier with the house... read more
Good We are expecting an addition to the family and started to look for a larger house in Bellevue. Contacted Anbau and they offered what we this is an ideal house for schools and raising our kids.
