Office staff IS friendly, but the main manager will turn on you in a heartbeat. We always paid on time but when we had to break contract due to a real emergency the manager became pretty evil. Did not want to work with us for a single day for moving equipment or assist in anyway at all. On top of that, they forked over an outrageous bill on whatever they could on us, while we were trying to cope with my father's situation out of state. The manager had no sympathy on the situation. Wasn't worth the price no parking broken down for something so new
Great place to lay my head down at night! I have been living here since they first opened and have had not one negative encounter with managment. They are friendly as can be and truthfully concerned with their residents. Any maintenance issue that has come about has been dealt with immediately unlike alot of my previous living quarters. I have personally reffered my friends who are current residents. I would rate anatole among the top of my experiences in apartments. Thank yall!
Absolutely love being a resident here, very caring and wouldn't go no where else. The management is also very polite and works with you as long as you communicate.
do not rent here, management is very unprofessional and doesnt care about its residents at all
