I’ve already given my home (Anatole) 5 Star as you can read in my previous review. But to update, the staff really does go all out to promote “community” and I’m sad when so few show up to their events. I understand the “oilfield” climate changes Midland overnight. I’ve been here for highs and lows since they opened and I don’t benefit from the oilfield being a school therapist but know first hand how hard this staff strives to offer events to promote the community so PLEASE COME OUT!! RecommendedI absolutely LOVE living here! The office staff is friendly, helpful and always there to help! Communication to residents is great, keeping everybody informed on events, updates on work performed, etc. I highly recommend this community!
Staff is nice, but I don’t recommend staying there at all.
My husband, my 8 month old baby and I lived in Anatole for 4 months and it was a terrible experience. First, the apartment they gave us was like the one they had promised us, it had many flaws that they never wanted to fix. The worst thing is that they left us without air conditioning for 4 weeks in summer, they also charged us an extra key and they will never give us the money when we returned the key. I do not live at Anatole - however, I had such a pleasant experience working with Ashley in the main office to potentially rent from them. I ended up going with a single-family home rental versus an apartment. Ashley was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visiting process and follow up the process - overall great to work with! She was upfront about all fees associated with renting - in my experience this has not always been the case. She was well informed about the property and also about Midland in general.
