Excellent choice!! The staff is super attentive, they are doing monthly events so all the anatole community can meet each other. Is a very quiet environment and the location is perfect just .5 miles of the walmart and CVS is just around the corner. Our stay have been awesome, we just renewed for 1 more year. The maintenance staff is also very attentive, we haven't had issues since we started here. I highly recommend this apartments. Plus, is a dog friendly community.
I love these apartments and especially the team in the office i appreciate this new start at a new life! Special thanks to Yolanda and her manager for the fight to get us in!!
I became a resident at Anatole on Briarwood in Midland, Texas in October of 2016 managed by NE Property Management. Upon signing I was given a promotional credit for the full term of my lease, ultimately discounting my rent total to $953.00. The full total of rent without any promotions is $1370. The promotion I received was a $2000 lump sum promotional credit dispersed within 12 months, in addition to another credit of $250 each month as well.
