Apartment is beautiful, but one of the worst management experiences I’ve even encountered. When it came to 30 days before my lease ended, I told mgt that I didn’t want to resign my lease. They told me that they had to be informed 60 days before renewal. I told them that I wasn’t aware of this and the girl in the lobby said that a notice was posted outside my door. Love this apartment complex. We decided to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment and the team in the office was very helpful and efficient in the process. Jacob and Donna went above and beyond to make sure it was the best thing for us. Love the quietness of the community and the safety of the property. Highly recommend this place.
This place seems nice and all but the staff will give you false information when you move out. You will sign your move out paperwork and they will tell you the your balance is zero and next thing you know collections will call stating you owe for new carpet, damage to tile, etc...
I just moved from Kansas City into Anatole at Norman less than a week ago. Austin was very helpful throughout the process! He was knowledgeable and helped me decide on a floor plans that fit me. He also pulled some strings so I could move in quickly. HE ROCKS!!! These apartments are TOP NOTCH. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, open floor plans, laminate floors in every room but the bedroom and closet, and tall ceilings.
