My visit today with Dr. Kleva went well. She was very attentive, took her time with me, was professional and most importantly, I felt heard. Great visit.
I went there today and the Dr was nice but the nurse, the one who did the allergy texts on me was so shrewd, and insensitive. She was getting mad that I was asking questions about the tests and she had no patience with me at all. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this office because of her.
Worst experience Allergy testing before I was seen by doctor I was to wait 20 minutes after 5 minutes nurse applied more allergen still no reaction so she wiped it off and dr Kalevala said because of certain Medications I was on allergy testing doesn’t work so perhaps if I saw the doctor first she would have known that and we could have chosen another way a cheaper test When I asked her why they did it that way she became annoyed and dismissive fast forward after leaving the office I became itchy around my eyes nose mouth my... read more
