Local ENT office in New Rochelle NY. Staff and office was great.
Dr Kleva is a gem. She's professional, competent and extremely easy to talk to. I moved away from the the New Rochelle area but made it a point to remain one of her patients. Drs of her caliber don't come by easy.
My visit today with Dr. Kleva went well. She was very attentive, took her time with me, was professional and most importantly, I felt heard. Great visit.
I went there today and the Dr was nice but the nurse, the one who did the allergy texts on me was so shrewd, and insensitive. She was getting mad that I was asking questions about the tests and she had no patience with me at all. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this office because of her.
