Booked an appointment with Jared. Woke up sick and needed to cancel. Called 5 times the day of to cancel and nobody answered. The Nordstrom operator couldn’t get through either and no one was picking up the phone. Jared called me at the time of my appointment and asked me why I wasn’t there. My experience at Anastasia’s Brows in Nordstrom with Olga was amazing. The brow bar is located in a place in Nordstrom where you feel like you are at a mini spa. Separated from the rest of the store. I always look to feel right at home and feel peace when someone is doing my hair or eyebrows. And that is exactly what I received at Anastasia’s with Olga.
