Dr. Ebilane falsely claimed these records could only be provided to a lawyer, obstructing my legal right to access them under California law. When I asserted my right to obtain my records, he threatened to terminate our doctor-patient relationship and refused to provide any care, dismissing my concerns while charging a $15 copay for no services. Ive never been inside but today I was walking home from work and a lady fainted right in front. The moment the people standing outside saw me run up to the lady to see if she was ok they went inside and shut the door. I am 2 months pregnant (high risk). Offered the lady an ambulance but she rejected the offer and said she lived around the corner.
