Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you feel safe in this surgeon's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Are you going to visit this surgeon again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this surgeon's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was this surgeon's staff friendly? Not one bit

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory
