Dr,Anand; very compassionate, kind caring gentle, took the time to discuss all my medical needs,I've been seeing him for 10yrs, it hasn't been the same since he left town god bless him for his hard work& dedication to all his patients, I certainly miss him nobody can compare to the service he did god bless him, truly missed by me.
I am an employee at Niagara Falls Medical Center and I saw Dr. Anand for the first time, Nov 7th. Although I work in Niagara County, I live in Erie County; therefore, all of my doctors and diagnostic providers are in Erie. My primary care doctor wanted me to see a Neurologist and recommend me that I go to Dent Neurological but due to my new high deductible insurance plan, I was unable to due to cost. Made an appointment and the office was open and no one was there. No nurses no doctor and no message saying they were closed. They didn't notify the answering service or the hospital or even call me to say that they would not be there. They still made my appointment for that day and never notified me that they weren't going to be there. He does not think that your time is valuable.
Dr. Anand is GREAT! He is compassionate and very caring. Unfortunately his office staff needs a little work. They are very rude 9 out 10 times.
