This place started a job back in September 2022 and they are still working on the same bridge. Now that’s it’s done and because it took over a year. Insurance expired and they can’t put in my mouth and no one knows what to do there. There is no management or supervisors or anyone running the place. So now I’m with out teeth.
If I could give a neagtive 10 review I would. I feel I have been cheated and mislead by the staff at Kornberg Temple Dental. I have left several messages for for their supervisor to call me but no one reaches out to me to resolve the situation.
By far the worst customer service. Over 2 years of trying to get implants they changed students and suddenly want me to go back to day one snd come in for a meet snd greet, when I wanted to continue my treatment plan and skip the meet and greet with this new student which at this point I should have no contact with the students. They are now dropping me as a patient claiming I have no treatment plan and I’m trying to rush a process. I have paid thousands out of pocket and am yet to have anything I requested, they have had ... read more
