In summary: rude and unwilling to help staff, room was absolutely disgusting and didn’t match my reservation whatsoever. Receptionist was rude and woefully ignorant about service dogs. I had attempted to note on my reservation my seizure alert dog would be accompanying us, and he was perfectly behaved and very obviously labeled as a service dog upon arrival. She insisted she was charging us a pet fee, and interrupted me when I tried to explain that federal law says service animals are exempt from such fees. We were then plac... read more
