Eli from the vallet parking offer excelent customer service. We needed extra blackets and Eli took our room number and sent us blackets withing 10 minutes. We really felt especial we will defenetely return here and will refer the hotel to friends and family.
Was a great hotel, my only complaint is the pool location, not facing the sun! Actually does not face the sun or get any!!!! But overall was a great stay with family and location, very enjoyable!
My car was vandalized in the back parking lot. All four tires were slashed wnd gang signs were carved into the side of my car. The tow truck driver said the neighborhood was a very bad neighborhood and The management did nothing about it. I have called customer care and they are not helping me either. Do not stay here if you don't want your car to get vandalized
We had a wonderful stay at Marriott Suites, friendly service, spacious and comfortable suites, an overall great experience. We will be back!
