Horrible place first few years was ok... once new management took over nothing but issues any excuse to try to come in they would put notice on door day before date they were to go in and then saying on the paper they put it on door days before not true at all they also put cameras in empty apartments looking torwards your apartment. Anacapa is so clean and welcoming. I was a tenant a few years back and I absolutely loved that place. The complex doesn't have trash everywhere, the plants are well kept, and the customer service is amazing in the leasing office. The lady is super sweet and gets my business taken care of so quick!! Anacapa has been my favorite apartment complex so far. It's quiet, welcoming, and overall a great space to be at peace. AND THE VIEW TO THE LAKE??? To die for.
