I live in Albuquerque now or I would still see Dr. Monterrosa. I found her to be very insightful and compassionate. She's not like all the rest, in my opinion.
Great help to get me organized, constructive feedback, encouraging to deal with feelings and has really helped me see the things I can do myself to improve without necessarily taking medication. Very helpful as someone not connected that gives a non bias observation and recommendations. Truly recommend her to anyone struggling with issues. I have become more productive and organized and less stressed or overwhelmed at work.
When I first started seeing Dr. Monterrosa, I never thought I could open up to her. She is very honest and completely through. I love her a.d was able to open up so much to her. I love her so much!!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Monterrosa for a few years now. She is kind, easy to talk to and cares about her patients. Because of her treatment, I now sleep better and have a greater capacity to effectively engage with a number of issues that were previously much more difficult for me. Her treatment has definitely improved my quality of life.

I have seen many doctors with my problems. I have found Dr Ana Monterrosa one of the most caring and understanding doctors I have ever seen.
I have found Dr. Monterrosa to be very engaged in what I tell her. She spends time researching other medications and problems I am having to be able to suggest ways to help me find a solution.
Dr. Monterrosa is extremely professional and so caring. She makes me feel at ease and listens to my issues and concerns attentively and assures me that together we can find remedies to control my anxieties and over time get better. I can confide in her and know that she cares and has my well being and comfort at heart. There is no one better.
