Why are you saying that I had a recent visit. I have not seen a doctor or had any medical services for 2025? I hope this is not Medicare fraud. I suspect this is incompetence like the bill I received in January for blood tests for $500.00. It took over two months to get Torrance Memorial Physician’s Network to correct the problem. Another example of incompetence. On top of that, I went to the office when I received the bill, and the office manager never followed up as promised.
Dr K is very knowledgeable and has treated all my ailments. I have been happy with everything. I like that I can email her with whatever I need. She listens to me and makes me feel comfortable. They don't make you sit in the room forever waiting for her.
