I was a client of Ana Hua for hair removal named electrolysis, not laser. I am transgender client that came from HEALTHCARE LA. I'm the kind of customer that text her the day before our appt -per her request , show up for the appt (early) or on time, and schedule for the next appt. I just wanted to lay there quietly and let her do the job. Then, she started interrupting our time together and answering phone calls from other clients.
