My account was deactivated due to an issue of Amazon not being able to verify my identity. I had Nadia for my case and she was great. Even though we had opposite working schedules, I knew I could always expect an email from her when I woke up in the morning. This email would describe the next steps in the process and include PoA's as needed. I will definitely use them again if I come across any additional issues with Amazon.
