This legal firm actually has inflated their success rate. You pay $1500 when an Amazon account is terminated, but the fact that Amazon doesn't give a specific reason is the most frustrating part. So one would think this legal firm would send (and they state they will send as many letters as needed) to ascertain the reason for the termination. But they don't. ******, this is not true. We submitted one appeal and four updated appeals for you. When that didn't work, we submitted an escalation and when that didn't work, we appealed your case to Amazon's legal department, who rejected your appeal. We understand your frustration with Amazon and their lack of concrete communication, but it is not fair for you to take it out on us.
excellent help! our Amazon account was deactivated almost a year ago. after trying 20+ times on our own we chose this company. after 3 tries at traditional methods they sent amazon legal team and im happy to report today 9/11 we are reactivated. we could not be happier with their service!
