Excellent people
Whoever coordinates the service appointments says everything you want to hear and then sends cleaners who don’t speak English and are clueless about your requests. Asked for a specific time and the cleaners came at a different time, said I wasn’t home but kept asking me to pay the ladies.. after explaining numerous times that I wasn’t home. Once I made the payment he no longer communicated with me.. terrible customer experience.. not worth the price.
Having trouble liking the new crews Seems they change so much and a couple months ago they had a sweet girl that communicated english and was very detailed in making sure to tell the rest of the girls what I needed. Now its so messy and can barely feel secure saying a word. Might look for a new cleaning company we will see!
