Having been a customer as well as an employee of Amy's Gems, there is not one bad thing I have to say!! Amy herself is wonderful, understanding and extremely knowledgable regarding the pieces she hand selects to fit the unique atmosphere of the store. I have had nothing but great experiences working for Amy and i know what a help she was to me/my boyfriend when we purchased a ring for me as a graduation present. I have seen nothing but excellent customer service from Amy's Gems!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

My significant other would always buy my beautiful jewelry from Amy's Gems. He has since passed. I went in the store with our young daughter & introduced myself to Amy. I told her I was going to continue tradition & have my daughter pick something out & I would pay for it.
