I love Dr. Lau and so far, all the pediatricians at this practice (Hoag Pediatrics at Tustin Legacy). She is efficient, competent and responsive in correspondence.
I'm writing this because it is long overdue (and because I saw a couple of poor reviews). Dr Lau is a truly amazing pediatrician. She is kind, attentive, thoughtful and thorough. I feel lucky she has been our child's doctor since birth, and frankly can't imagine a better physician.
If I could give Dr. Lau a lower rating I would. She was our pediatrician after delivering at Hoag Irvine. I have never met someone as rude, patronizing, and indoctrinated as Dr. Lau. I can’t imagine anyone liking her, especially a child. She is so cold I question if she has a pulse. Her bed side manner was non-existent. Please ask for someone, anyone else. Although I have heard the same about Dr. Krause.
