We had a same-day visit and Dr.Lau was the only one who had availability that day. I agree with one of the bad reviews that Dr. Lau is rude, patronizing and cold. I can’t imagine anyone liking her, especially a child. She had no communication and no smile at all with my son from the start to the end. My son was scared when Dr. Lau asked me to put him on the bed to check him, so I communicated briefly to my son to comfort him. I love Dr. Lau and so far, all the pediatricians at this practice (Hoag Pediatrics at Tustin Legacy). She is efficient, competent and responsive in correspondence.
