I have been a patient of Dr. Amy Wood for over 20 years. She is absolutely the best. She is very knowledgeable, diagnosing skin issues quickly and thoughtfully. She prescribes appropriate treatments, not just try-it-and-see temporary fixes. I have seen her for scalp psoriasis, benign cysts, fungal rashes, rosacea, and my adult daughter has seen her for recurring viral rashes. There is an abundance of dermatologists closer to home (in central Houston), and still I will drive to one of her offices every time.
I drive from Louisiana to see her and she is well worth the trip. Always listens and communicates well! She's thorough, efficient and timely. Love her!
