If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend using Amy White as a realtor. We had a deeply disappointing experience. We worked with Amy to purchase a home while living overseas and relied heavily on her professional guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, she gave us inaccurate information — she told us the flooring was vinyl and easily changeable, but after moving in, we discovered it was actually tile, which is much harder and more expensive to replace. Excellent service. We called last minute on a Friday none the less and we were accommodated. While the house turned out not to be the one for us we appreciated the lengths they went to so that we could see the house. That's 5 star service.

She was very thorough and explained everything to me in laments terms since it was my first time buying a house. She also made me feel like I was her only client and was very quick responding to any concerns I had. I highly recommend working with her and Leigh for anything concerning properties!

I have met and worked with many realtors in my life and can say Amy is a breath of fresh air. She is professional, patient, responsive and thorough with a calm mindset, basically good energy that made a stressful process stress free. I will not hesitate to recommend her.
