I have been on the phone for 6 minutes and 49 seconds and no one has answered. It is 4:30 on 7/21/2021. I called on the 19th as well and no one has returned my call.
At first Dr Bui was ok until I got a diabetic pump through Medtronic and not through her. Her attitude COMPLETELY changed negatively and she treated me rudely asking me if I wanted a pump why didn’t I ask her ?! Duh ! You’re the doctor, you should’ve told me there’s such a thing on the market if you wanted your bonus from that company. I found out about the pump in a diabetic magazine. And don’t get me started on her RUDEST EVER medical assistant t Jumana .. so sad how patients are treated now ! What goes around comes around... read more
My husband is Dr. Bui's patient, but I have been present for many of his appointments. I find it refreshing to have a doctor spend the time to ask many questions to find the root of the problem, rather than throwing more medication at the issue. She is conscientious about working with accurate and updated blood work to make sure she has all the pertinent information. Dr. Bui is average at best. I had an ultrasound and my thyroid nodules grew and a new one was discovered. She concluded that I should not have a biopsy. Even though I was complaining of health issues that could relate to thyroid issues. I had not seen her in four years. Her assistant seemed very nice but failed to send my blood work, despite saying she would and failed to call me back when I left a message. Very rude and without any reason for being so.
