We love Amy & her staff! They all care deeply about each & every patient!!
If you want a place that truly cares then go here! You feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. The office staff is amazing and always upbeat. They get you in and out quickly, but don't feel rushed at all. I drive over 2 hours to come here! Highly recommend!
We got the runaround from other Drs when my son fractured his arm and no one told us our next steps or tried to help us with his insurance, I was referred by a friend to Amy's and the best decision ever! Now she's my sons PCP and soon to be mine! I'm sooo happy we got what we needed and what we asked for! I would definitely recommend to a friend and give them 10 stars if possible! Also all the staff was friendly and great! Especially the front desk! The insurance stuff is a mess and they handled everything! So thankful!!
I have been taking my family to Amy for a few years and we always feel like she is looking out for us, rather then many who seem to just push you through like " NEXT"!!! She really cares and You can tell in every way❤️ Thank you Amy and Her staff for Taking care of my Family.
Grandson recently hospitalized and diagnosed with Asthma, daughter called to set him up with a doctor because they just moved back to Amarillo and was told not taking any new Medicaid patients. Please say that in your ad that's all over Facebook every day.
Every time I’ve gone into the office I’ve always had a good experience. The front office staff has always been super welcoming and wonderful on the phone. I always get the information I need whenever talking to them. During my visits the nurses are so helpful and explain everything to me. They let me know any tests I need to run, what any medicine I’m going to be taking does, and if I need results when the results will be in, or if I don’t hear anything when I should call back. Love this office and everyone in it!
