Yesterday I was in Dr. Norman's office for a cleaning when I noticed a staff member helping an elderly patient who ended up in medical distress. The staff member communicated to the team there was an emergency and everyone went into action. They helped the patient to the ground and Dr. Norman immediately began CPR on this patient that had stopped breathing. I am so impressed with the dental care I have received in this office. Dr. Norman truly practices dentistry at a higher level than most. Her attention to detail is impressive. I was a Certified Dental Assistant for many years and worked with numerous general dentists. It’s hard to find a practice that hits all the marks.
