Amy did a fantastic job for us. During our first meeting, she laid out her plan, advised us on what to do, worked with us to set a competitive price, and predicted how the market would respond. Throughout the process, she was readily accessible to answer our questions and concerns. In the end, she was spot-on with her prediction and we sold quickly and for a little more than we thought would happen. She knows the Pittsburgh real estate market well and its sub-niches.
