Amy has a truly patient centric view of the world, when you are in her care she conveys a sense that you are the only person that matters.
I have been seeing Dr.Gerhard for 16 years. She is a wonderful doctor. She is always honest, prepared, highly efficient. Her " bed side manner " is stellar. I have recommend her to my family and friends. I could not ask for a better physician.
I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Gerhard. I can go into her office dejected and overwhelmed with life and when I leave life has a whole new glow to it. There is hope. Dr. Gerhard is an exceptionally empathetic and compassionate person.As for your survey, not all questions can be answered yes or no. In those situations you give no opportunity to explain. You need to rewrite some of your questions.
She is always attentive and provides helpful solutions to try. That office does not have a phone number to call. But with how busy they are, not sure that would make it easier to access my provider.
The Dr. Was patient & encouraging. I was grateful for that.
